Please help with fostering, or better yet, adopt!
We work with other organizations to help find homes for surrendered iguanas. Since RICA's inception in 2006, we have found homes for iguanas that were given up by private parties, our local Humane Society and the Minnesota Herpetological Society. We have very limited space for fostering, the majority of which is done by the President of RICA. As we secure more quality foster homes, we can help many more iguanas find homes, that would otherwise be put down for lack of space. RICA does not allow the euthanasia of a healthy, adoptable iguana simply due to lack of space. The ideal situation, of course, is adoption into a permanent home. If you are not able to foster or adopt, let your friends and family know about our need. Spread the word for RICA!

The iguanas thank you!
